  • Strong communication and coordination skills across all levels of the organization

Key Responsibilities

As a Security & Admin Officer, you will play a critical role in securing company assets, ensuring workforce safety, and managing facility-level risk management procedures. This position involves both operational leadership and hands-on involvement in surveillance and compliance.

🔒 Security Surveillance & Risk Management

• Conduct round-the-clock surveillance, particularly in unmanned areas via CCTV and on-ground patrols
• Monitor, assess, and report potential security threats and take preventive action
• Lead security investigations for incidents and breaches
• Ensure the functionality and maintenance of all security equipment installed at the facility

🖥️ Technology Integration and Upgrades

• Supervise implementation of advanced physical security technologies
• Provide input and leadership for key access systems, video surveillance upgrades, and alarm integrations
• Ensure optimal performance and modernization of the site’s security infrastructure

📋 Security Policy and Training

• Develop and enforce a comprehensive security training policy
• Conduct regular training sessions for security staff and relevant departments
• Share best practices and compliance updates with management

🛡️ Corporate and External Security Coordination

• Maintain regular liaison with law enforcement agencies and civic authorities
