Responsibilities of M&E Specialist
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive results-based monitoring system in line with national and international best practices. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Designing and implementing M&E frameworks for project performance
- Developing project indicators, baselines, and evaluation tools
- Conducting periodic performance reviews, assessments, and audits
