1. Head of Supply Chain Management

  • Education: BE/BSc Engineering + MBA in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience: Minimum 12–15 years post-qualification experience in a steel manufacturing procurement department
  • Special Skills:
    • Experience with PPRA rules and Hydro Power Project contracts
    • Strong vendor relations (local & foreign)
    • Logistics and procurement skills
    • Leadership and decision-making abilities
    • High integrity and work ethics

2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree + NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification
  • Experience: 8–10 years in manufacturing safety roles
  • Special Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of hazardous materials and safety practices
    • Experience using Safety Management Information Systems

Job Responsibilities

Head of Supply Chain Management

  • Handle procurement for mechanical, foundry, and forge materials
  • Manage local and international vendors
  • Ensure compliance with procurement rules and standards
  • Lead contracts for large-scale engineering projects
  • Develop strategic policies to improve supply chain efficiency
